Subject: Fwd: Outside Employment Letter --- All Full-Time Employees Must Respond
All,
Just a reminder, the second form--the approval for outside employment is to be done before outside work begins. The first form--the certification, reports the pre-approved work. If you didn't work outside the University, then you write None on the first form, sign, and route.
Thanks,
Lisa

Subject: Ethics training and Class Roster Verification
Hi All,

1. Please be sure to complete the online ethics training for 2014. Many employees did not complete it last year, so please be sure to do so for this year. Thanks!! http://internalaudit.nsula.edu/governmental-ethics/

2. Please verify your midterm grade roster with your attendance roster for classes. In some cases, students have thought they were enrolled, but in fact, they were not. If you find a student is attending your class but is not enrolled, please notify your Department Head immediately to work with Ms. Bell to rectify the situation.

Best,

Lisa
